I especially like everything from the knotted tree downwards. The knot looks like it has a little dragon curled up in there.

Thanks heaps Robert. I saw a few of Uelsmann’s in the New Orleans Art Gallery. Most impressive. I could never do what he did in the darkroom. Pin registration with multiple enlargers. Mind bogglingly complex. Even in digital I don’t very often venture into photo montage.
I haven’t got into photo books so far (unless you count the Lighthouse book in 1988). You need a large market for a printed book which I don’t have. And do-it-yourself options like Blurb start off costing from about $80.

Great shots, but I’m especially drawn to the King Billy Pines and MoNA. That museum is on my must-see list.

I’m sure it won’t disappoint though in it’s nature, the displays are bound to be quite different from what we saw when we were there. The trip up and down the river in the catamaran is great fun too.
