Thank you Rajiv. You are definitely a brave man to drive on the highway and if the main road between Agra and Gwalior is any indication of minor roads, you’d need a car with good springs as well. For driving in Delhi, it would also be useful to have a car with a coffee maker for greater comfort in the interminable traffic jams.
I love being able to witness a moment in time in this colorful market. I zoomed in on each to enjoy the details in your wonderful photos even more, but for the life of me, can’t figure out what is in the cubes on the cart in the last frame. Do you know, Murray?
No idea, Stacy, I didn’t go right up to them. They have a set of scales on the end of the cart and the big bowl in the middle looks like it contains some kind of nuts so I’d say cooking ingredients of some description.
