We drove down to Kuranda from the Daintree and stayed overnight there. The next morning we drove down the short distance to Cairns so we could take the Skytrail back to Kuranda and later the historic train back to the car. While we were back in Kuranda we visited the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary and you can see images from that here. I’m not going to try to work out scientific or common names for the butterflies, so just the images from here on.
