LOve the Rockhopper penguin shots. They look like aliens in one and little kids playing jump in the other 🙂
The northern rockhoppers are probably even cuter, with longer manes. They are now deemed a separate species and mainly found on Gough Island (a dependency of Tristan da Cunha) and Tristan da Cunha. We went to a place in the Falklands where one or two had been reported and didn’t see them there but one person found on in one of his photographs.
4 months in the Islands but I wasn’t able to get there – wonderful set – I wonder if I will return 😮
The more places you go to, the more extra places you learn about that are tempting to visit. Lots of places in Northern Scotland, perhaps especially Orkney and Shetland, that I could spend more time in.
*wonderful* photos!
Thanks heaps!
