Most digital infrared images you can see will be either monochrome or just two colours.  However, I like to push the boundaries and try to create something new.

The only important thing is whether these images appeal to you.  It doesn’t really matter how they were created, the complexity or the time taken, and there is no standard processing technique here.  However, for those interested, I used Lightroom (LR), Photoshop (PS), Capture One (C1), 3D LUT Creator (3DLC), Topaz Photo AI (TPA) and DxO Photo Raw (DPR) in various combinations.

Specifically, 1 Rocky Island and 2 Cairns: C1; 3 Friendship Garden Gate: 3DLC & C1; 4 Cranes: LR & DPR; 4 Young Crane: LR, PS, 2DLC & DPR; 5 Crayfish: LR, PS, 3DLC & TPA; 6 Pale Leaves: LR; 7 Fan Ferns: 3DLC, C1 & DPR; 8 Palms to 17 Lake with lily pads: 3DLC & C1. (All were organised through and exported from Lightroom).
