8 September 2017, Fortescue Bay and Canoe Bay, Tasmania
Wineglass Bay Sail Walk Day 2
.
Overnight, we moored nearby at Canoe Bay and in the morning went for a short walk of an hour or so back to Fortescue Bay along the Tasman Trail that runs through the bush along the coast.
These cormorants must be on an old ship sunk as a breakwater for Canoe Bay. I probably took this from the yacht or the zodiac.

Jools crossing the bridge over Walkers Creek.
.
Ferns fading away.
.
A patch of coastline with a small wedge of Fortescue Bay beach in the distance.
.
We walked through some fairly damp forest.
.
.
… and after a while came out at Fortescue Bay Beach.
