A colony of King Cormorants, the Falklands Island subspecies of Imperial Cormorant, or alternatively there may be many separate species. This is probably Sturgees Point, at the south west of Pebble Island.

This is their breeding plumage. They are not always quite as spectacular.

A dolphin gull over the colony.

… and landed inside, probably on the lookout for an unattended egg.

Those are some incredible flight shots! (The other thing that seems to be incredible is that in the last couple months you seem to be posting no when just before I’m on WP to see your posts in my feed. I’m not ignoring you.)
Yes wonderful birds and more of them to come. Lucky I encountered them in their mating plumage. I’ve switched from posting in the early morning Australian time to main late afternoon. That may have something to do with it.
