14th October 2015. Antananarivo (Tana), Madagascar.
.
The eight of us had now assembled for our Naturescapes.net . photographic workshop with Greg Downing and Iain Campbell.
Across the road from our Hotel, within the boundaries of Tana, was a small rural village. Some people from our party went in and talked to them the night before and in exchange for a small financial contribution we were welcome to visit and take photographs. Ten of the following images are conventional and thirteen infrared. The last two images are outside the village, on the road back to the hotel.

Of course my favorite is the one with the most birds in!

Captivating photos, Murray. The infrared has a unique and vibrant quality.

Thanks very much Jane. it’s always a challenge what to conjure up from the IR images.
